I have been where you are now.
Hi, I'm Jessica.
My nickname, lovingly given to me by my family, was "stressica".
I've struggled with stress, anxiety, and depression throughout my life. I felt so hopeless, foggy, and sick, ALL the time. I was stuck in fight or flight mode, and my body was screaming at me to fix it. But I didn't yet know how to listen.
Leaving another doctor's appointment feeling completely overwhelmed, with more questions than answers, I felt there had to be another way.
I began searching for answers outside of the doctor's office, and started on a journey to heal myself from the inside out.
It took a long time, but I finally figured out what works. Instead of constant stress, repeating bad habits, and staying stuck in misery, my life is now filled with intention, peace, and balance.
For the first time in my life I feel truly healthy, happy, and fulfilled. And I want you to feel the same.
My mission is to help other women who are stuck in a similar position as I was to achieve a more joyful, balanced, and healthy life without having to waste the time, energy, and health I did while figuring out a solution.

Meditation
Freeing your mind of the stress weighing you down is essential to mental peace and calmness. I'll guide you through meditation practices and teach you ways to calm the mind.
Breath work
As you start to bring awareness to the breath, you will increase your awareness as well, leading to a greater connection with your body. The more often you can bring awareness to your breath throughout your day, the quicker you will be able to reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety and invite a calming peace into your life.
Movement
Movement is essential to our well-being. I am a certified yoga trainer, and teach you various ways to begin including movement into your daily habits, no matter what your current physical limits are.
Nourishment
Make lasting changes to the way you live and feel. With my educational background in nutrition, I can help you learn to love your body and become aware of what it is asking for.
Don't wait until your body creates irreversible damage from being in a constant state of stress. Your body holds on to those harmful feelings if not properly let go of, and it eventually rears its ugly head as a health concern.
We'll start releasing your stress and anxiety by reconnecting your mind & body through simple routines that easily fit into your busy day.

We will start implementing simple practices to nourish your body, allowing you to manage stress and anxiety from the inside out.
We'll review and practice all the tools learned from previous weeks, celebrate acheivements and receive a one-on-one support call with Jessica.
This journal has over 90 pages to help guide you through the lessons and daily practices, to keep you consistent and on track.
Weekly group coaching calls and a one-on-one call with Jessica provides you with the support and community that is vital to learning and implementing these practices. You'll also be invited to join our private Facebook group, where you can connect with supportive and like-minded women.
